Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Calyflow, operated by Juhas Digital Services s.r.o. ("Calyflow", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Calyflow provides AI automation consulting, strategy, and implementation services using tools like n8n and Make.com. Our services include, but are not limited to, workflow auditing, automation architecture, system deployment, and ongoing maintenance of AI agents.

3. Engagement and Fees

Our service rates are structured as follows:

• Strategic Consulting: €150 per hour. A minimum order of 3 hours is required for initial strategic audits or roadmap design.
• Implementation: €70 per hour. Work is booked in 4-hour batches (morning or afternoon sessions) to ensure focused delivery.
• Maintenance: Optional monthly maintenance for finished workflows is available at fixed tiers (€97–€300/mo depending on volume).

AI Token Usage: Fees for third-party AI tokens (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) are not included in our service rates and are charged separately based on the client's actual usage.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide necessary access to third-party tools (CRMs, email platforms, etc.) required for automation. We are not responsible for delays caused by restricted access or inaccuracies in client-provided data.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the specific workflow configurations (Work Product) created for the client are owned by the client. Calyflow retains the right to use general knowledge, pre-built modules, and logic patterns developed during the engagement for other projects.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to protect and keep confidential any proprietary or non-public information shared during the course of the engagement.

7. Limitation of Liability

AI technologies can be unpredictable. While we strive for 100% reliability, Calyflow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the automated systems, or for any changes in third-party API policies that affect workflow performance.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Slovakia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Bratislava, Slovakia.
